It begins in late autumn / winter and is the basis for the later success in the season. In this time, the gears are adjusted, the engine power upgraded and the vehicle possibly suited to the new FIA rules. The season is planned; who, drives when and where and which backup is needed. Further details, you can gladly hear in a personal conversation.
The car is tuned for the next track, the next race and possible rebuilding is carried out. All necessary controls are done - an often essential preparatory act. Controlled are i.e. the shaft drives, the clutch, the brake discs and -pads and also the boiling point of the brake fluids.
Furthermore, a sight check is made on all suspension components, the tires and wheels, the front pane, the light (important for bad weather and night drives). Checked are also fire extinguishers or equipment and the safety belts and seats. Lastly, confirming to the rules is proved and like this the basis is shown, that the vehicle is allowed in the race. The driver or the drivers are suggested to check their personal objects (Helmet, HANS, Clothes estate) regularly also.
Attention: Since the 01.01.2009 the use of HANS (Head and Neck Support) is mandatory in all FIA categories!
If you wish, we will bring the vehicle to the track/to the pit stop and back. Like this, the driver can concentrate on the track and arrive by plane from long distances.
Naturally, we can offer the biggest use on the race-weekend itself.
It starts with the adaption of the vehicle, to the current environmental conditions (i.e. tire choice, adjustment of the tire pressure according to the temperature of the track and the weather, ect.). Also, there are the instantaneous value analyses (chassis adjustments, gear translation, spoiler adjustments, brakes, levels, sign of wear) after each operation and the typical support-work, like tanking and changing tires, before, while and after the operation.
The check-up before and after the warm-up and the analyses of this according to Motec, a tire picture and a discussion with the driver are other important basics for the success.
A possible remodeling before the race (i.e. spoiler, stabilizers, chassis adjustments ect.) after talking with the driver and the standardized controls after all trainings, the warm-up, qualifying and the race (i.e. between sprint and long distance) belong to our service.
Especially important controls like the right tanking, condition of the brakes, tires and chassis but also the adaption of the strategy or the strategy-process along with the driver (in long-distance races) make us different to the competitor.
And contrary to the general opinion, we see nothing improper in the demand to win a race or competition. Ambition is cool :-).
Just in case, we offer repairs.
On one hand, we can fix most damages of the body in our own body shop very well and afterwards we can make the color of the car perfect again, thanks to our paint shop.
Also we have the ability to arrange complicated motor and gear damage with high accuracy.
